Biggest delegation of NAMCYA 2017 Semifinalists from Mindanao
Rondalla and Choral groups from Regions 9 to 13 gathered for the NAMCYA Semifinals held at the University of the Philippines Immaculate Conception in Davao City.
With 4 Solo Rondalla players, 9 Rondalla groups, 6 Children’s choirs and 5 Adult Choirs, Mindanao has the biggest number of semifinalists in a regional cluster.
The National Finalists have been determined through the live competition attended by a full house audience at the Auditorium of the UIC Maim Campus.
Yesterday, the Philippine Traditional Music Workshop was likewise well attended and was given by Prof. Felipe de Leon Jr.
